Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely. We are fully licensed and insured. We guarantee our installation. Each product includes a factory warranty as well.

How long does installation take?

Do I need to prepare anything before installation?

Just clear the area around your toilet. We'll clean and sanitize everything for you!

Do bidets require electricity?

Some models do. The TOTO C5 and the EPLO Smart Toilet both require electricity.

Whereas the LUXE NEO 185 & LUXE NEO 320 don't require electricity to run.

What if my bathroom doesn’t have an outlet for an electric bidet?

No problem—we can install a new outlet near your toilet for an additional $350. We’ll handle everything during the same visit.
