A biological woman of any age who is legally married to a biological man and is a citizen of the United States is welcome to compete—whether you have children or not.

No prior pageant experience is required. We welcome both seasoned competitors and first-time participants! We understand that many women may be new to the pageant world, and we are here to guide you every step of the way.

The Mrs. United America competition is designed to celebrate the whole woman…her heart, her strength, and her purpose. Contestants participate in four areas of competition:

• Personal Interview

A warm, one-on-one conversation with multiple judges where you will share your personality, values, and passions.

• Fitness

A dynamic choreographed stage walk designed to highlight your commitment to health and overall vitality.

• Evening Gown

A graceful and elegant walk along a set stage pattern that showcases your style, composure, and inner glow.

• On-Stage Question

A thoughtful opportunity to express your voice and demonstrate clarity, insight, and authenticity.

Across each area of competition, our judges consider communication skills, stage poise, wellness commitment, meaningful connection, and overall impression. They are seeking well-rounded women who embody grace and resilience…women who are faith-filled, family-focused, and freedom-centered.

While there is no judged talent portion, every contestant will participate in our Passion Showcase to be presented at our Pajama Party. This is a unique opportunity to highlight what drives you. From dancing to DIY projects, fashion to filmmaking, gardening to graphic design, hiking to home decor, instruments to improv, knitting to kickboxing, painting to poetry, singing to storytelling, or trail running to textile art...if it lights you up, we want to see it. 

Your Platform is the cause or issue you advocate for. You will describe it during the application process, and it may be referenced during your personal interview or on-stage question.

 The Mrs. United America Pageant is an all-inclusive experience. Your entry fee includes: 

• Local title, crown, and sash — choose your local title and receive a beautiful custom crown and sash to represent it. 

• Official Program Book — a beautifully designed keepsake you will treasure. 

• Two complimentary tickets to the competition — for you to share the experience with two guests of your choice. 

• Media package — includes professional still shots and a basic media package, with optional upgrades available. 

• Three-night stay in a private King Suite at a premier downtown Salt Lake City hotel — renowned for its refined elegance and exceptional service. 

• Two healthy, nutritious meals per day for three days — meal options available from local restaurants, allowing you to choose what best suits your taste and dietary preferences. 

• Gala Extravaganza — an elegant evening with entertainment, where you will dress in your gala gowns for a memorable dinner and program. 

• Guided Meditation & Sound Bath experience — this deeply relaxing, recalibrating, and rejuvenating session, held the night before the competition, is designed to center your mind, ease tension, and enhance your overall well-being.

• Opening number attire — classy yet comfortable enough to move with confidence during the stage performance.

As a contestant, you are responsible for covering the following:

Yes! We are fully committed to helping you feel poised, prepared, and confident every step of the way.

In the three months leading up to the pageant, you’ll participate in a series of online trainings and meetings. These will include coaching on interviews, wardrobe, stage presence, walking, choreography, stage blocking, and more.

The 2026 Mrs. United America Pageant will take place June 3–5, in downtown Salt Lake City. At the event, you will take part in daily rehearsals to help you feel fully supported and stage-ready.

Each contestant will also be paired with a Pageant Sister—a fellow participant who will be your built-in partner throughout the experience. You’ll encourage each other, rehearse together, and form a friendship from day one.

Absolutely! While your lodging and meals are covered as a contestant, guests are more than welcome to join you for the weekend. They can stay at the same hotel for an additional cost or there are plenty of family-friendly accommodations nearby to suit any budget or preference.

In addition, the host city offers a variety of fun activities for families to enjoy while you are in rehearsals or participating in events—making it a great getaway for everyone. From outdoor adventures to cultural attractions, there’s something for all ages to explore and enjoy!
