Service Policies:

All cleaning appointments are subject to availability.Cancellation or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or out of scope.

Payments:

Payment is due at the time of service.We accept cash, Venmo, and all major credit cards (3% processing fee applies to card payments).

Liability:

Clean Lake City is fully insured. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues not disclosed prior to service.
